We ship worldwide! The estimated international shipping time is 7-21 business days.

- Brazil unfortunately we have suspended future shipments to Brazil, at this time.
- Russia we have suspended shipments to Russia.
Bulk Shipping Policy
Typically ships within 4 days. Please note there may be an extra carrier fee charge for bulk items. If applicable, this fee will be automatically applied at checkout.

** PLEASE NOTE: Free international shipping excludes our bulk category and all single items that have a shipping weight over 4.4 LBS. Plant Therapy will choose the shipping method for international shipments that qualify for free shipping.

Bulk Return Policy
Please note that Bulk orders are not eligible for additional promotions and can not be combined with
other discounts. Please note that Bulk orders are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges or
refunds. If for any reason you feel that there is a quality issue with your bulk oil then please notify
the wholesale team within 10 days of delivery and send a small sample back for testing.
Non-defective or damaged approved bulk returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied

Wholesale Return Policy
Please note that your return will need to be approved by the wholesale team and that there will be a 20% Return and Restocking fee that will apply to your return . As this is for a wholesale account you are required to pay for shipping the product back to us. This policy is in your wholesale agreement section 8 under Rejections: Returns. We will need to be notified within 10 days of the delivery date regarding any defectives/broken products. When returning the product please list your name, email address, and order number in the return.
